Motor is a 1986 Mercury Blackmax 135 Hp. My question is how to adjust the idle air mix on this motor? Is there an adjustment or do I swap out idle air jet sizes?
thanks

Not sure you should be swapping idle jets to change idle mixture. An OEM service manual would tell for sure

For sealevel use up to about 5K altitude, the standard main and idle jets are normally used. If you have stock jets and operate within that altitude, just make sure the idle passages are clean as is the rest of the carb. Make sure the floats are set properly.

no... idle jet (air) circuit only.... if carbs all clean, good gaskets inside and out only way to change idle speed/quality is idle timing.
