Is this a good price for a Glastron 205?

I'm dealing on a new 2009 Glastron 205 GT, and while I think I'm getting a fair deal, I'd like to check with you folks.

It's got the 5.0 Merc (no MPI; 220hp), the XL package, and the dealer puts them on tandem trailers. No cover or bimini top comes with it.

He's asking $24,900, and the Glastron site breakdown is at $28,000 after I put on the options, so it appears that this is a good deal, right? Or do I need to try and get him down lower?

Thanks for all your help!

Don't know if you can name names in here or not but if your dealer is out of Spearfish I would say you are getting a good deal. I would have have dealt with them last year if it wasn't for the US/Cdn exchange rate going south and the banks drying up with the lending. Your boat up here in Canada would probably be in the mid - high 30's even in this blasted recession.
I ended up getting the GT185 finally but through an Alberta dealer. Watch the bimini top though. I just put mine on this last weekend and the first few hundred yards the brackets gave way. Thankfully not too much damage but I now have a long scratch on my baby. Maybe consider the rack with an integral bimini for better support.
Good luck on the purchase.
