Is this a good tune-up

Hello, I would like to give my Mariah FS18 with the mercruiser 3.0 a good tune-up with the following items. Please advise if anything else is needed

1. Cap and Rotor
2. Plugs and plug wires ( what is best?? )
3. Carb filter
4. Fuel filter

Do I need anything else????????

Depends on your actual ignition system (points, DDIS, EST etc) but not a bad start. Don't forget to check the base and advance timing, set the idle mixture, and set the idle speed.
