Is this acceptable telltale flow?

Here's a video I found with a telltale flow like mine at ide on muffs-it this how it's supposed to be? I ask becasue I just picked up this boat and the PO has receipts for an impeller change in mid-2010. Need to figure out if I should change this before heading out on the first run.

BTW, my engine is a 1977 Merc 500/50hp 4 cyl.

Can't edit my first post for some reason-after making changes and entering reason, I click save and nothing happens.

The video looks fine, however, the proof is in using hte motor. See the water emerge from the grating above the antiventilation plate? That is where most of the watr should emerge. The telltale just says it is pumping. Run her up and then put your hand on the exhaust water jacket cover. If you can hold your hand there, the motor is cool.
