Is this outboard long or short shaft?

I can't tell from these photos whether this outboard is long shaft or short shaft. I know the best way is to measure, but since that's not an option, I figure maybe someone else has a better eye than I do....

Usually the long shaft motors have a 5" section that can be easily seen, particularly on the older models.

15" is short shaft 20" is long shaft measured from cav plate to transom.
