I had my boat out for the first time today. at WOT the rpm gauge read 3800. Is this normal or is it too slow. I just put a 13" 19 pitch on the boat because it didn't have one when i bought it. Did i put the wrong prop on.

You need to put up what motor you are talking about, no one can help you till we know that.
