Islander is gone

I weent to the local starcraft dealer on the weekend. He told me that 2010 is the last year of the islander. There was one in the showroom ,outboard model . About $40,000 .
That made me think sinking a bit of cash into mky old chieftain was not a bad idea. Its sad to see the islander go the way of Ols and pontiac ,the end of an era.

Yah, I have been a bit down knowing the Chief is long gone and now the Islander too. The big aluminum Starcrafts have been put out to pasture. Bummer.
