I just wanted to let you guys know that I got my 63 Evinrude Speedifour up and running last night! It was a great feeling. I couldnt have done it without help from you guys here on the fourm.

Look at those carbs bling

I found my next project motor while looking for parts at a local evinrude repair shop.

Thanks again for all your help, I should have some pics of her up and running on the lake after this freeze passes.

Well I took it out tonight, My buddy and I were in a hurry to get out before dark, and when we reconnected the steering it was backwards! lol Should have checked that!

I need new battery cables, as I spent alot of time trying to get a good contact.

But when I finally got her going it was the best feeling ever!

She pulled hard and sounded like a beast!

I will fix the steering and get new cables, and try her out again tomorrow!

I will try to take video if all goes well!
