J & M Tackle Shops

I am the owner of quite a few tackle shops on the east coast. I am interested in J&M Tackle in Orange Beach. Is this a good, reputable buisness. Are there any branches? Yea, a friend of mine is the owner's son. They do good work and are very reputable. But I do not think they are going to sell out. They have been through alot and they have put too much into it. It is really a family buisness, they have no branches that I know of.
