My dad called from Fl yesterday to have me do a little parts search and troubleshooting for his J15REEA 15 HP. He was out fishing and it started to act a little strange, was able to make it back but noticed there was a few parts broke. In the parts pic, the roller #3 and vent #29. I ordered these yesterday for him. However, he says now, when he squeezed the fuel ball, fuel came out of two holes in the side of the carb, a hole and the hole where vent goes (look at actual pic, this is not his carb, just a representation). Is the higher hole a "safety bypass" or something? Does this mean a stuck needle if fuel is coming out of these holes?
