J25RLECB (1998 Johnson 25hp) electrical impedances, are these off?

Again, motor runs perfect first pull and idle and midrange, but it in gear and try for WOT and it surges and dies. I've replaced the plugs and gapped them. I've been through the carb twice and am running new premium from separate tank. Compression is 120 on both cylinders. Motor looks like new. I'm down to spark now. I have looked at that CDI link and can't find a section that exactly applies to my motor, but I have tried to measure the key impedances.

Looking towards the flywheel (so the stator end of the wire plug?) I get 930 Ohms from brown to brown yellow and 42 ohms from black white to white black and solid black is high impedance to ground. Look towards the power pack I get 520 ohms from both brown to gnd and brown yellow to ground and 635 ohms from black to ground.

Both the coils measure 270 ohms across their respective two terminals. Any of that off?

Seems from reading like maybe the brown to brown yellow is supposed to be 450 to 600 and mine is measuring over 900?

What is brown to brown yellow going to under the flywheel anyway?

Maybe I should just give up and take her in at this point...?
