Got 2 issues. I recently replaced the pinion and forward gear set. Ran fine for first gew times. Now it appears to be slipping again but not making as load of a boom while riding down the lake. Would adding shims to the drive shaft tighten up the space between the pinion and forward gears preventing the sipping ? My2nd issue is motor missing between 3&4thousand are more. I will try new gas lines and portable tank. I suspect fuel problem but could be electrical. Anyone had these problems?
