I have a jackplate that was manufactured by CMC and I believe the model is power lift. I do not know anything about these and it is not hooked up how do I wire this thing up?

What do you mean its not hooked up? I have a cmc tilt and it came with its own built in wiring harness. Just hook to battery and put switch where you want. If you have no wiring then you have big problems as there are many wires with this system.

Re: jackplate

ddaigle, what kind of fluid do you put in the resevoir for the lift? I seemed to have wired the motor correctly, but I think the fluid has ran dry from years of non-use. Also where do you put the fluid in?
