Will have to come apart to determine just what has failed. If you have been running in salt water you may have to apply heat to the bolts to remove them and to the case in the area of the prop shaft bearing housing to be able to move it. It may be quite a job so a dealer may be the best option. Frankly it may just be more cost effective to find a good replacement lower.
