I was wondering if anyone could tell me,how fast a Javelin 389T with a 175 Evinrude should run. I have a jack plate. 3 blade SS prop 24 pitch. I'm turning 55/56 RPMs. My speedometer reads 67mph, but my gps reads 60mph. Can anyone help?
