Jax Air Show a sign of the times

We watched the Air Show as usual, on the river. it is every 2 years. this year only about 1/4 of the normal boats on the river.

Also shame on those of you who said you were coming, and did not.

I was out there Sunday and was amazed at how many boats were out there. I was rather impressed. It was a good time. -Jeff

that was actually about a quarter of what was there 2 years ago.

I kept trying to plan that trip and things kept getting in the way and as it turned out I would not have made it anyway, wife was down in bed sick from Friday till late Yesterday afternoon, she got up for a little while. It sounded like it would be a good trip.

I had the boat hooked up and ready to drop in on Sat but the weather didn't look like it was going to cooperate.

I was kicking my self about halfway through the blue angels show when the clouds parted and the sun finally came out.

Ended up just sitting at the hooters at goodby's creek.

I'll be looking forward to 2010.
