This problem is easily solved by referring to the "Outboard wont start" post already in FAQ, So Little. It is very difficult to get people to read it, or even to refer troubles to it.<br /><br />Enhanced troubleshooting is in the FAQ draft "X" has posted in General Outboard, which is based on his post in your link.<br /><br />Electrical troubleshooting without a voltmeter and understanding of Ohm's Law makes about as much sense as baking without an oven.<br /><br />Moving to General Outboard
