I managed to get a hold of a JC Craft 180 Bow Rider. 3.7 with Alpha 1. This is a great little boat. The only real issue was the bad seats and vinyl. There appears to be something missing between the consoles but I can't figure out exactly what. I'll try to get some pictures ready but in the mean time, does anyone have any experience with these?
Now, I rub it in. The gel is oxidized badly and the motor had been winterized since 2004. I replaced all of the ignition components and fired that engine with almost no problems, the drive works, the electronics work but I'm going to replace the switches. The floor and bow seats are 100% glass. No carpets, no hidden rot, no seat cushions in the front, just dual rope lockers, port and starboard.
$450 with trailer. A ridiculous deal I got.
Still, any advice about this tub would be great.
