I would appreciate any information I can get on a JC Penney's Foremost. The Serial no. is 1072, the model no. is 30062. I would like to know the mixture, pts gap, plug gap, year, hp, and possibly where I can get parts. Thanks in advance.
Larry, Youve got me stumped.Didnt Know J C Penney had an outboard. Im sure some motor co.
built it for them.Maybe a discription would help.
Number of cylinders air cooled or water cooled. color.Metal or plastic cover.Guess approximate year. Good luck.
Hi Larry. Here is some info on your motor. They were made for J.C.Penny in the early to mid 60's by West Bend in 31/2, 5 and 9.2 horse powers.
That is the limit of my info. Maybe West Bend could help you. Good hunting.
This Foremost motor is identical to a sea king motor I have except for the fiberglass cover. My sea king is an 1964 8 hp. I guess I can assume the pts, plug gap and mixture is the same. It would be nice to know the year and actual info though. Thanks
