UPDATE:
So, we went there last night. We took a test drive, it was a great vehicle; exceeded my expectations in many different ways. It has the IV Jeep Tow Package (which includes all the important towing goodies) plus lots of other stuff.
Their website and others like cars.com has it listed for $22,995; so I printed it out so I had the stock number, etc when I got there.
Throughout the whole shpeel, the sales guy wouldn't say the price he kept saying its a GREAT PRICE... well I knew that already as I had it printed out in a folder sitting on his desk. After going through the whole shpeel, he goes and prices out my Jeep as a trade-in, sits down at his desk and starts to go over the numbers.
The cost of the Commander: 29,000. What?! I said, your website has it listed for 22,995, whats with the 29000 number? Well, he said, the number on the website is wrong... this is the right number. Someone made a mistake on the price. Well, the interesting thing, is I found this Jeep on Jan. 4th, and the photos were taken in the summer (note the leaves on the trees in the photos). Something stinks to high heaven. They said they won't come down on the price and that "it has already been changed on their website."
At 3 PM this afternoon, I visited their website again and looked at the Jeep. Same price as from days earlier. For the "heckovit" I filled out the small online form that accompanies the online ad for the vehicle. I gave them my name, email and phone number. In the comments, I wrote:

30 minutes later, I get a response from a sales person at the dealer:

Hi Sean,
Thanks for your inquiry on the 2006 Jeep Commander - Stk. No. P28530. The
correct internet price for this vehicle is $26.998.00. It is available
for sale.
Please give me a call at (414) 258...

Hold on, $26,998?! You were going to sell it to me for 29,000 yesterday!! Not to mention the website still has it listed for 22,995.
So... here's a question. Technically, they are breaking Wisconsin law. From what I am reading on the Wisconsin DOT website in the first two sentences (follow the link below): "Wisconsin law requires car advertisements to be truthful. It requires dealerships to honor their ads."

What would you do in my shoes? Pursue this, or no?
