HI,<br />the more I get into this boat the more problems I find.<br />I took the jet drive out(Berkeley 12JC-A) while replacing the transom.<br />When I turn the drive by hand I hear a very loud howling noise, not dissimilar to a large truck with bad brakes trying to stop. <br />I hear this noise and also some noise that can be best described as bubble wrap popping.<br /><br />I have only had this boat on the water 1 time for 15 minutes, and the exhaust was very very loud, so I don't know if it was doing it then or not. <br />does this mean it needs a rebuild? if so is it hard to do?<br /><br />thanks<br />Josh
