Jet Ski Cooling

I have a 2000 Sea Doo jet Ski, there are two cooling water ports that come out the back. Only one shoots out water, both hoses are clear of any obstructions. I pulled the one that was not working off where it attaches to the engine and no water is coming out. I figure if it's pumping water to one hose than the pump is good. Any ideas of why the one side is not shooting out cooling water?

I'm going to go out on a limb, I don't know alot about jet ski cooling other than the basics. But, did you make 100% sure it was a cooling hose, not some random breather hose coming out of the engine.
Or when you pulled it off, did you have it in the water running, since on some ski's, like a yamaha, when you attach the flush hose and the jet pump isn't sucking water, the side cooling port doesn't squirt water out unless you give it alot of throttle.

It is probably the bilge line and not a cooling line.

no ,, I bet it is the 2 little pisser tubes in the back that usually never work,, if it were not COOLING he would know it real quick.
