Jhonson Venom 225

I have a 1993 Jhonson Venom 225 hp carderated motor. Ran it for about 15 minutes and when you got it up running it wouldnt take the last 1/4 of throttle. When you mashed it on down you could feel it loading up or flooding and loosing bout 100 rpm. I ran it for 15 minutes when i blew apart or broke a spark plug into on the ceramic part. Checked compression and all was 95 # except for the top right cylinder at 105# which is the one that broke the plug. What could be my problem here and what should i check first?<br />Thanks

I've seen the ceramic blow out of sparkplugs before. Not often, but it's not unheard of. You should be able to replace the plug and everything be ok. <br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
