I was able to remove all bolts but one- of course. The last bolt is a hex head bolt. The inside is rounded off. Not much room for anything to grab it. Thinking of drilling it. You mentioned a p grinder. Is that a grinding wheel on a flexible shaft. That might work. Also cant remove shock mount without breaking them. They only cost 90 bucks apiece. Starting to get a little upset. Time for break and cool off. Once again this is a 97 75hp force.

just thought of something. I believe they make a tool called a nut cracker. Never used one. May be cheaper than replacing two shocks. I wonder if it can break nutwithout messing up the threads. You tube time.

A P-grinder is nothing but a small pneumatic 90 degree grinder that uses a 3" cutting wheel. I has to be pneumatic to make it as compact as possible thus making it possible to hold it with just one hand and can access tight space. As for the shock mount there is utube video on how to remove those accordingly. Here's one done on an old Chrysler a little different but the methods should be the same.
