Do you subtract 4 degrees from TDC for the idle stop adjustment just as I did for the WOT setting? Or just set it TDC at idle in a tank?

The 4? reduction does not apply for the idle cam setting. If the manual calls for say 3?, set it for 3?... whatever your manual calls for.
