Can anyone tell us where to find parts for a Johnson 1 1/2 HP outboard motor series SC10s?

anything that would be prone to damage after a while of setting. carb kits gaskets etc. thank you for responding. we bought this motor with a 11 foot 9inch starcraft. they both were absoulutly as good as new. the motor still has its decals and starts quickly. i was just trying to figure out if anyone had ever heard of an outboard that small. any info would be great.!!!!!

we paid 425. for the both of them. was that a fair deal or not. it also came with a decent set of oars

Sounds like a cute set up... Just don't write back asking how you can "beef up" the horsepower of that little engine. Just accept the fact you aren't gonna be pulling skiers with it!<br /><br />It's worth depends greatly on what someone is willing to pay for it... She is kinda underpowered...even for a kicker. However, it would be a great little motor for a small tender.<br /><br /><br />Walt

A good source would be your local NAPA store plus anyone that carries Sierra Marine Parts... www.sierramarine.com... my buddy's Auto parts store can order for me.<br /><br />Check out... http://members.tripod.de/old_omc/ for parts... my Sierra Catalog lists lots of available parts for this model.<br /><br />
