Johnson 100HP V4TL-13A need YR and Model name.

I am trying to locate the correct year and correct Model name.
I have searched and come up with different information.
I have found 1967 Evinrude/Johnson
I have found Johnson Seahorse
I have found 1969 Johnson Meteor

Can anyone help? My goal is to find the owners & service manual for it.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for that link.. Strange I found a Johnson Seahorse manual with the V4TL-13A.

What does the (A) mean than?

Would this motor be .. Johnson Meteor or something else?

the A is a manufacturer run, indicator. you will need the service and parts manual, as there is nothing on the web earlier than 1968.
