johnson 120 serial number help

hi just spent 4 hours on the web, cant seem to find the exact info on this serial # J120TLAIE the bracket has omc stamped into it , i looked at a few charts but it seems like no one ever used AI for their year code? also not realy sure about the T for tilt trim electric start coz i saw some conflicting info on that? please help , thanks

The T is for PT&T, Electric start
The L is for a 20" shaft
The trailing letter is for a model run within the model year so don't use it for a search, but do give it to a dealer when ordering parts in case anything changed during the year.
