Hey guys - So I am looking at a 1998 Wellcraft 190CCF with a 97 Johnson 130. I had the guy take it to the mechanic and got the compression numbers back and wanted to get all of your expert opinions. They look good to me.
Cylinder #1 - 135, #2 - 130, #3 - 137, #4 - 137. Also, had the lower unit lube changed as well. Any other thoughts or opinions about the motor before I move a step closer buying. I am going to take it for a drive soon. These pretty reliabile motors?

Compression is fine (all within +/- 10 psig).

Was LU oil free of metal and water?

My J150 reminds me of my volvo, no-one knows how long they last because they've only been making them for 75 yrs.
