As I mentioned earlier I picked up a 1973 135 and want to do some testing of the compression etc, but when I go to turn it over by hand it sounds like rubber stretching or something then it get hard til you turn past that then it turns easy, the engine has set for 10 years + so I know if I get it running it will need a water pump but is there something I can do to lube this one or something for testing the engine ?
