Should I ever have to replace the pulse limiter on the Johnson 150 it's a 99 I am suspecting my fuel pump to be shot as I have to pump the primer to keep it going but could it be the pulse limiter? it's clear when I blow through it and when covering it with my finger while cranking I feel air coming out... but some say to update it to the blue one? thanks...
