Well, it is a 1964 motor. I would give Ebay a shot, I have found lower units there for my Johnson 40 HP, and an Evinrude 6 HP for pretty decent prices. I am looking there for one for my Evinrude 60 HP. Seems that every motor I buy, needs a new lower unit. Guess thats why I get the motors for such good prices! lol

You know, since clutch dog problems seem to plauge those 25/20/18hp gearcases, if I were you I would look into buying one from an outboard wrecker like tcoutboards.com or marinepartsoutlet.com. But if I found one on ebay for a great deal from a respectable seller, I'd probably gamble on it. :)
