Johnson 1997 90 Horse - Acceleration

When I gas it it acts like a car that has a slipping cluth. rpms go up but boat slips and gradually picks up traction for lack of a better word.

Any Ideas what it is?

Yet another one with a spun prop. The rubber bush in the centre of the prop has failed
