Johnson 200 thermostat? JB?

Jeez, I knew I shouldn't have started the oil thread (OB-NonRepair,"Synthetic Oil Inferior?). Sorry...I won't do that again...worse than politics (or maybe the same).<br /><br />JB, does my 2000, 200hp Johnson have a thermostat? Easy to replace? Could that be the problem?

It has 2. They are on the heads toward the tops. Not exactly sure, but they could be behind a single 3/4" cap or a metal cap held on with 4 small bolts.
