johnson 200hp impeller

I bought a boat that has not been started in 2 years, so new impeller is on my list. While i have the lower unit out is there anything else that needs to replaced, i want to do everything right , so when i put it back up it will be ready to go for a couple years . I plan to buy a water pump kit or should i buy the kit with housing?

do it right, don't cut corners. get the complete kit. what year is the motor? the following goes for any outboard that has been sitting.
