johnson 200hp power head

I have the chance to buy a 200hp looper power head 1994, for 100 dollars. the ad says good block but has low compression, carbs are included still attached is this a good buy.

it probably needs a rebuild, if they are parting it out. depends on if you need it. have they stripped every thing else off it?

there is no electrical, But I have all of the electrial on my 1991 which I should be able to use, right.
