johnson 20hp mixture and idle speed

hi, i have a 1985 20 hp johnson/evinrude outboard and it is drinking a hell of a lot of fuel. i know it needs tuning, any ideas on how to set the idle speed and the fuel mixture, please reply. p.s i have just replaced the head gasket. cheers

Jimmy,<br /><br />Yor fuel mixture (high and low) speed are fixed jets.<br /><br />If you are using a lot of fuel you probably need a carb. rebuild.
