Here are pics of a customers motor brought in for repair. The impeller hasn't been changed"but peed good" and it has been running on hot side. #4 cylinder went down from possible ring locating pin migration and this cylinder will need a sleeve as upper side of exhaust port is broken out. #1 and #2 piston has actually dented/recessed inward from high combustion temps. This motor will receive the water mod to block,6 new WSM pistons,brgs,etc ......

Here is finger port and exhaust port damage and sleeve is not repairable and will be replaced...


Here is piston and it has crack in sidewall and on verge of complete failure.......

Not this time ...letting Jay do it as think dowel pushed support wall back a tad and may need welding and remachining, Cant see it in pic but there is a little separation between block and sleeve looking in a mirror rearward....
