That's a 1969, rope start, long shaft you have there.

fuel ratio 50-1 tc w3 oil.

thank u very much. I recently have a problem with it going out of gear and no reverse. I got to looking around and found something missing...I think. The shift lever has a hole in the bottom middle of it and looks like an ajustment plate behind the lever? It looks as if the bolt may have wiggled out in thats why its haveing these problems. Im not sure but think that could be it?

I'm not familiar with that model, but that sounds like the likely cause of your shifting problem especially sionce it won't go into reverse.
