Johnson 28 SPL oil sludge

Recently got a Johnson 28 SPL and ran it for the first time today on the muffs. While running for approx 2-3 minutes oil sludge started coming out of the lower exhaust near the prop. I turned the engine off and fired it back up and let it run and more sludge came out. I attached a picture, normal or issue? I researched it and found multiple people saying that is normal but this seems pretty excessive.

Normal. The oil in the pre-mix doesn't get a chance to burn off running on the cool water from the hose and being at an idle.
