Johnson 3hp, JW 15?

I have a 3hp Sea-Horse model JW 15 Serial #279203. Does any one now the year it was manufactured?. I also need to know, what the high and low speed screws, should be set at, as a base line?.<br /><br />Thanx, Darrell

It is a 59.Idle screw out 1 1/2 turns highspeed out 3/4 turn. Do final adjust on high speed first.<br /> points .020 plugs J6C @ .030 24:1 fuel mix TCW3 rated oil.

Thanks Spike, I dug the old girl out of moth balls and she fired right up, but won't idle very long.
