Hi Darek,<br /><br />I don't think that is the model number, It looks more like a part number or possibly a serial number.<br /><br />Is there a small plate riveted on the side of the transom clamp still? This should have the model number and serial number stamped into it.<br /><br />The model number would look something like this "JW-JWL-20"<br /><br />BTW, Where are you from, The only engines I have come across the don't have the model number as well as the serial number stamped into the freeze plug is on the Australian made Johnson/Evinrudes.
