how does one or what is the best way to clean inside the tank removing the cover thanks andrew

Huh? Do you mean cleaning the inside of the fuel tank? Is it built in in that model? Is there rust in it? The best way is to remove the tank and put small rocks in it then shake it for ever and then flush out the (hopefully) loose debris inside.

4 hp uses remote tank, if really bad, replace tank

iam sorry when you take the motor cover off not the tank whats the best way to clean i had oil leaking inside
