RDS 25D, C372955 hope this help and also i need to have a diagram to connect for a start switch. I know i have either electric start and pull start on it.

Yes, 1963 is correct. http://www.marineengine.com/parts/john_model_guide_pre80.html

If you currently have electric start, then adding a push button switch is pretty simple. Just wire it across points 3 & 6 per the diagram below.

i know the battery diagram but what are the other 2 drawing is ??? sorrty kind of stupid here, is the drawing in the middla a switch selenoid ?????? or something else.

I think the solenoid for that motor was in a separate metal junction box that mounted inside the boat. It looks like you still have the belt for your generator and a wiring harness, do you have an additional metal box with some parts? My '66 wiring diagram shows that the box contains the solenoid, voltage regulator and some fuses and I think your '63 should be similar. I don't have the box on mine anymore so there is a solenoid mounted to the motor just in front under the carb.

i will take better picture of this motor today , cause i have a generator with the belt already inside the motor and i think on the other side there is another generator or something like that they look the same .

Thats your starter on the other side of the motor.

Here are some new pics of my motor. and also can someone help me out to tell me what are the purpose of the wire like the color is for what??? i will put pics of the harnest i got .
