That's the problem... I can't find any numbers on the engine...I'v got it from shipping co. and the guy who gives me the engine told me that this is some kind of "commercial engine" and he also remembers the weird three letters code: RSF

Your numbers usually appear on the top of the mounting bracket where it goes over the transom.<br /> Looked up 55 commercial in NAPA parts catalog<br /> First appears as 1980 seems to run right up to<br />1997.RS may indicate rope start commercial.
