johnson 60 vro questions

Specifically, questions about the solenoid beside the bank of carbs
1) where do the tubes go to that are on the solenoid? There are 2 small barbs and one medium size barb
2) What is the little red lever for?

The big one is the fuel coming in to the solenoid, from the main fuel line.

The two little ones go to the top part of the carbs on small barbs.

The red lever is to switch to manual mode. When you do it allows the ball to pump gas straight into the motor. Its usful if the battery goes dead and you need a way to prime the engine for starting with the rope. Also there is a nozzle under the cap in the middle of the red lever you can use that to inject fogging oils and cleaners.
