I have an alaska 500 with a johnson 60 hp vro which has started playing up...cant get high revs and after stopping engine ...wont start again .when tilted had fuel comming out of air intake cover suspected fuel pump diaphram but checked ok plugs dont seem excessivly wet when checked priming bulb on fuel and oil line solid changed fuel tanks also found wire broken and when fixed together get a constant alarm as soon as ignition key is turned....Help please
