Just picked up a bit of a beater. A Silverline 16' with a Johnson 70hp. Runs alright but I'd like to know what year the motor was built in.<br />Model: BJ70ELGEM ser.# G02277995 <br /><br />Any help would be appreciated<br /><br />Thx

Bet it's a 1991 - EI<br />unless that "G" is really a "C" which makes it a 1989 - CE
