After reving up by hand at carburetor the motor takes for ever to idle back down to proper idle rpm. It idles fine and revs fine, but just doesn't idle down quick enough. How do I fix that.

If you are running it on water hose it is normal. Don't rev it very high on muffs or it will stop when it flies apart...if it's not on muffs that you need to check the linc & sync make sure everything moves freely and smoothly...just a Thought

It was on the muffs, I didn't think about the exhaust back pressure in the water. That would cause it. Thanks.
