Johnson 9.9 hp. prop help (late 70s)

I have a late 70s 9.9 hp Johnson I don't know how tight to put the prop nut on. When I got the motor the prop nut was loose with a cotter pin holding nut on should it be torqued down to a specfic tourque any help would be apprecited thanks

Put it on hand tight, then CW just enough to get the cotter pin holes lined up.
